Status and outages

Timers, alarms, reminders, lists and notes don't depend on the AI model, so they keep working during an outage, on every plan. Live status for each part of the service, and every incident, is on the status page at getdaryl.com/status.
What you'll notice
During an outage, chat answers may come from a backup provider if you allowed that in Settings, marked "Backup", or may wait. Bots pause. Medication reminders and the care ladder keep running.
Credits
If an outage affects you, the Daryl team may add a day's credit to your plan. It shows in Settings › Billing.
