Cancel and refunds

Cancel in Settings › Billing: two taps, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. You can resume before it ends. When a paid plan ends, everyone in the household moves to Free and nothing is deleted.
Refunds
- Within 30 days of your first payment: every payment comes back and the plan ends now.
- A yearly plan after that: the unused whole months come back and the plan ends now.
- A monthly plan after 30 days: no refund; the month runs out.
Daryl shows the exact amount before you confirm.
Renewals
Yearly plans get one reminder email 30 days before they renew. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
