Short description

DARYL is an AI assistant for your whole household.

Longer description

DARYL keeps a family's calendar, chores, bills, medications and appointments in one place, and reminds whoever is responsible. Up to six people share one plan, each with their own account, and every task has a named owner. It works by voice, text or photo on the web, a Mac menu bar app, Android (including Android Auto) and Wear OS. Timers, alarms, reminders, lists and notes keep working without the AI model. Changes come with an undo, and DARYL never moves money or messages anyone as you. Household data isn't used to train AI models, and shared data is encrypted with a key that belongs to the household.

Facts

What makes it different

• It treats the household as the unit: shared calendar and lists, private chats per person, and a named owner for every task.
• It reminds the right person, and for medications it steps up from the person to their caregiver.
• The basics work without the AI, so an outage doesn't stop alarms or reminders.
• You choose how much it does on its own: Suggest, Act with undo, or Act.
• It never moves money, messages anyone as you, gives medical, legal or financial advice, listens in the background, or follows instructions from a website.
