Household assistant
The Daryl household assistant has closed.
Daryl Labs now makes security software. The household assistant stopped on November 1, 2026. Here is what happens next.

What happens when
- November 1, 2026
- The assistant stopped, and no new household accounts open. Your export is in Settings after you sign in.
- January 8, 2027
- Last day to download your export.
- January 15, 2027
- Every household’s data is deleted by destroying its encryption keys, children’s and health data first. Backups expire on their normal schedule.

Export and deletion
- Export
- Sign in and open Settings › General › Household assistant data. One file holds everything the assistant kept for you.
- Delete now
- You can delete your account at any time before then from the same page.
- Payments
- No household plan renews. Questions about a refund go to hello@getdaryl.com.
- Nothing moves
- No household data is used for, or moved into, Daryl Shield.
