- The exact version in force, and proof that every change since your baseline only narrowed it.
- The approval
- Who or what allowed it: a person’s click, or a mandate the agent carried.
- The reference
- The settlement or system reference, so receipts reconcile with your records.

- $20 per active agent a month, or 0.15% of governed spend, whichever is higher.

- $2,500 once, or $1,000 a month continuous.
